LabelJoy allows creating various types of labels, envelopes, business cards and badges. It also supports creating barcodes, even two-dimensional ones. In this regard, various types of codes are supported. Fortunately, the program has well-structured help documentation and provides multiple sample labels.
The tool has an intuitive WYSIWYG interface and creating any type of printed material is not more difficult than using a standard text editor. Therefore, all changes you make can be immediately seen. The objects that make up the label can be edited by changing their fill color, background color, and barcode color. Also, text elements can be set in different font families and sizes. Barcodes, in turn, can be adjusted to custom widths. Moreover, it’s possible to change label orientation.
An undeniable advantage of LabelJoy is that it can import label data from external sources. In this regard, it supports not only such file types as Excel and Access but also MySQL, OracleDB, and SQL databases. Besides, the tool can export the resulting images in various formats, like PDF, GIF, JPG, TIFF, and BMP.
All in all, LabelJoy is absolutely recommended for creating various types of labels and cards. Its most outstanding feature is the support of a long list of code systems, including EAN, GS1, ITF, UPC, Codabar, Postnet, Planet, Data Matrix, QR, PDF417, and some others. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to allow ISSN, which is used in periodic publications.
